What is Jollof?
Jollof is an authentic African dish with many variations across the Continent, specifically West Africa. It's comprised of rice in a tomato based sauce, with various savory spices and smokey heat from the Continent. When paired with the right taste quenchers and your choice of drinks, it will awaken your taste buds to experience authentic native African cuisine. It has been known to either bring you nostalgia or introduce you to a simple but important piece of Africa.
